Vocational Service Committee

* Informative talks by members about their businesses, professions, families and interests. * Sponsorship and formation of the Oak Forest High School Rotary - Interact Club in 1991 and the Bremen High School - Interact Club in 2004, helping build the idea of service and helping develop future Rotarians. * Establishment of the first two Rotary-Earlyact clubs in District 6450 at Ridge and G. Kerkstra Schools. * Sponsorship of scholarship program, offering more than $150,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors who practice Service Above Self. * Sponsorship of 2-3 high school students to attend Rotary Youth Leadership Assembly (RYLA) * Presentation of Four-Way Test Awards to one boy and one girl from each of the elementary and middle schools in Oak Forest at the annual Four-Way-Test Awards and Scholarship Dinner.
